Leicester Education Improvement Partnership (LEIP) is a partnership of Secondary Schools and Academies (mainstream and special) based in Leicester who share a commitment to collaboration as the vehicle for school improvement. LEIP provides ongoing multi-layered leadership support, challenge and work streams to ensure high quality educational experiences and the best possible outcomes for all secondary aged students. We believe that our school leaders are best placed to meet this challenge and realise the vision in which we all believe.
